My name is Meryl Henry and I offer counseling services to teenage girls and adult women in Kirkland. The decision to pursue counseling takes courage, but the reward can be a happier, more fulfilling life!

Life is a journey, and from time to time everyone struggles. No matter what issue you are facing, I can provide you a listening ear and a safe space to be completely yourself, and express yourself freely. From my own experiences of seeking therapy in times of confusion, darkness and pain, I know that it can be a helpful place to explore emotions or behaviors that are keeping you from the life you desire, as well as a place to learn practical skills that can help you in the future.
